Information

The largest residential Christmas light display in Georgia with over 1.2 million lights. Our mission is to bring a little JOY to everyone we meet. Lights of Joy is a 501c3 corporate non profit. If you would like a tax receipt, please ask the attendant. The most prominent feature of our holiday lights display is the lighting of the landscape. There are 246 trees with lights in them. The trunks of the pine trees are wrapped in colored lights and the hardwood trees are filled with white lights. There are four trees with over 20,000 lights and dozens of musical trees. The musical trees are synchronized to Christmas music. Our house is synchronized to music and other sections of the yard are also synchronized to music. Our 700 feet of road frontage is lighted and our display extends to Futures church across the street. 60 Holly bushes have been shaped into Christmas trees across the front and are all lighted. These contain about 150,000 lights. We feature “The Tunnel of Joy” with over 100,000 lights, Santa in a helicopter, Santa on a tractor, Santa on a golf cart, a giant star, many festive characters, and a lot of new electronic lights. The inside circle was new in 2018. It now contains 500,000+ lights and you cannot see it with a drive by. This is NOT a drive thru display. We were featured on ABC’s Great Christmas Light Fight. We encourage you to park across the street at Futures Church and walk to see the lights. Parking at the church is a $5.00 requested donation. Lights of Joy has a required donation of $5 per person, and children 12 and under are free. Pay upon arrival as there are no advance tickets. Please bring CASH if possible, as this keeps things moving with so many guests visiting daily. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, and other payment methods.
